Sodic Feldspar
Important features
For Glass
- F- grade feldspar glass G03: between 0.6mm to 0.3mm: Used to make white bottle and advertising bottle (colognes, perfumes ..), of course, also be used for ceramics by low iron content and high sodium flux content. ALWAYS COME DRY
- Grade feldspar glass F-G / 02: Serves as the F-G / 03 but have less iron, and has a little sodium. ALWAYS COME DRY
- Grade feldspar glass F-G / 01: serves the same purpose, but has less iron and sodium. ALWAYS COME DRY.
High translucent glass and ceramics with extreme whiteness
- Float feldspar SFF- 01: The float may be dry (dry) and humid (wet) to make glass (laminated flat glass, bottles of white color) and ceramics in all its exceptions, pavement and revistimiento , utilitarian pottery (plates, cups…) and dielectric porcelain low intensity (powerbars , smaller fuses …). Come dry and wet.
- White glass bottle, is intended for health (water , toilets …) a white king and pasta porcelain stoneware glazes or technical hiperblanco: The less iron and silica , the better .
- Float feldspar SFF -02 has more iron and less sodium than the SFF -01. Coming dry and wet
For sanitaries
- Feldespato F- 3010 EXTRA:(F – 3010 bulk, ie stone between 7 -1 mm and a humidity plus or minus 3%, crushing the material is said, ie crushed.
Serves to paste composition floor and wall tiles (floors and walls) ceramic and porcelain tiles and polished technician, cook gray perlacio ie is not very white. It also serves to stoneware. - Feldespato F- 4510 StandardAllows for ceramic paste, such as tiles, technical porcelain and glazed porcelain, stoneware and sanitary.
- F-6010G: A cheap and dirty feldspar. It serves as the F-3010 and F – 4510 but contains higher iron.
For frits
Feldespato F- 1010 premolido: This is pre-ground feldspar and is very thin and serves to frits, pasta and blown glass, art glass, decorative utensils and also serves to pottery (vases, ashtrays, dishes …). Also it serves to stonewear. It is a material originating feldspar sieving grade glass. It has a particle size is between 150 microns and 75 microns, and between this interval is 100%.
It is dry. Glass grade. It comes to 3% moisture. It is very compacted 110 -75 microns. 150 -100 would be 100%. This feldspar is whiter than the F-3010.
SFP – 1010: A new type of feldspar, and is the same as the F-1010 but is whiter and has a coarser grain size. And it has a 3% moisture. This feldspar is a mix of SFF -01 and F-1010.
